Conditions of sale

Price
The prices of this product catalogue will be quoted net in Euro, without value added tax. Postage, packing and insurance are extra. All prices are understood ex works.

Time of delivery
In most cases we do not use to keep the products in stock. The presumably delivery time has to be therefore agreed before the receipt of the order.

Payment
Invoices are payable net cash within 30 days of receipt of goods. Invoices are payable in full and no deductions can be made unless credit note has previously been issued.

Returns
All returns are subject to previous agreement. Non-delivery or unacceptability of goods must be notified within 3 weeks of date of invoice.

Quotations
We reserve the right to amend any errors or omissions or proforma invoices and to charge prices ruling at date of despatch. We will refer such amendments to the customer for confirmation.

Patent infringement
No licence or immunity under any patent is granted or is to be implied by or from our sale of any material. The responsibility of all patent considerations in the use of our chemicals rests solely with the user.

Overseas sales
The laws of Slovak Republic shall apply.

Use
Our chemicals are offered for laboratory and manufacturing use only. They are not for drug, household or other uses.

Acceptance
The placing of a Purchase Order implies acceptance of these conditions.

  • TAU-CHEM is not limited by its products list. It is possible to prepare other products not included in this catalogue. Any inquires in this respect will be welcome.
  • TAU-CHEM is doing its best to supply products of the highest quality. Fully equipped quality control laboratories ensure that the manufacture complies at all stages with the agreed customer standards. Shipments are accompanied by a certificate of analysis and safety date sheet.
  • TAU-CHEM intends to pursue the policy of maintaining and increasing the strength of company's position in the field of sophisticated chemical products and establishing further bases to launch the new products.

All chemical supplied by TAU-CHEM are for laboratory use only.
They are not be used as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, agricultural chemicals, or food additives.
TAU-CHEM takes no responsibility in connection with final use of the supplied products.
